Writer-director Judd Apatow brazenly captures a couple trying to cope with the challenges of family life as well as growing older in this adult comedy starring Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann. A spin-off featuring the Pete and Debbie characters of Apatow’s 2007’s Knocked Up, the film is a series of outrageous situations with the couple juggling the needs of Pete’s father Larry (Albert Brooks), their arguing daughters, as well as their rocky financial situation.
