An agency advised of a fugitive from justice possibly in the area
Drugs were reported found on school property
A caller reported finding drug paraphernalia at a local beach
A report that juveniles are being followed by a vehicle was received
A caller reported a multi vehicle accident after the fact, an officer was advised
A caller reported a subject refusing to give back a key to her apartment
A 911 caller reported a break in at a local business on E. Pioneer Ave.
Report of a subject throwing a beer bottle out of a moving vehicle was received, an officer contacted the driver and denied littering.

A caller reported hovering orange lights near Kachemak Way and Mountainview, officer advised
A caller reported a male walking in the roadway, officer to area, male advised to stay out of the roadway
An officer conducted a security check of a local beach
A driver was warned for speed near West Hill and the Sterling Hwy.
On January 27, at 2:30 p.m., Alaska State Troopers responded to a REDDI report of a vehicle crossing the centerline at mile 162 Sterling HWY. Troopers stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as, Ruth Rodriquez, age 23, of Anchor Point. Investigation revealed the driver was texting while driving. Rodriquez was arrested for Driving with a Screen Device Operating. Rodriquez was transported to the Homer Jail where she was remanded on bail of $500.
