Homer Hockey Association held an 18-hole Best Ball Scramble golf tournament on Saturday as a fundraiser for the hockey association’s youth scholarship fund.
Organizer Travis Brown said 30 golfers signed up to tackle the course at Shoreline Golf on East End Road. And, while the weather was anything but sunny, Brown said he never saw a raindrop.
