it’s clear from the oil tax give away that the parnell and corporate interest is not the public interest. i mean seriously, who can argue against alaskans having a right to keep water in streams for the fish we the people own? and these fish are not just ours, but our kids’ and grandkids’…..

“On Feb. 25 the Superior Court ruled that the Department of Natural Resources violated its own regulations by denying Alaskans their right to input claims.”

The new House Bill 77 to ignore Alaskans will also be thrown out.

And Parnell, and every legislator that voted for 77 have violated their oath of office and should be thrown out of office immediately.

“Article 1, Section 2 of the Alaska Constitution states:

All political power is inherent in the people. All government originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is institututed solely for the good of the people as a whole.

Article 8, Section 10 of the Alaska Constitution states:

No disposals or leases of state lands, or interests therein, shall be made without prior public notice and other safeguards of the public interest as may be prescribed by law.”
