Alaska has always had crazy weather, that is why intelligent engineers plan for all weather conditions. First it's God's fault, now it's all our fault for not changing our light bulbs sooner? I guess we should all chip in to pay for this because it really is our fault. It's not a problem of bad engineering, this is not a problem for insurance or the city to pay for...if only we had turned our lights off earlier, did a little less driving...this climate change would not have screwed up the Homer sewer system.
