		<description>once again begich is pandering to the corporate concerns - they want law of the sea so they can grab the riches beneath the seabeds of the arctic.  but as mark well knows, the corporate interest is not the public interest. but then again, it&#039;s the corporations who hold the only hope in his re-election. so thanks, mark begich, for being the least you can be!</description>
