Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly Meeting, Tuesday, January 8, at 7 PM

The next Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly Meeting will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 7 PM in the assembly chambers – Soldotna.

For those watching KPB 2011-12 (zoning portions of private property on fish bearing waters within the borough), Ordinance 2013-03 is up for introduction to repeal KPB 2011-12 with the first hearing schedule for February 5th.

At this time KPB Ordinance 2013-03 is on the consent agenda, but could be pulled and considered by itself. Those wishing to testify for or against this ordinance will have an opportunity to do so during the meeting, just listen for the right time.

Written comments are also encouraged. Contact the Borough Clerk and ask that your comments be sent to all Assembly Members, Mayor Navarre, and the Task Force. The Clerk’s email address is:
