Theft: At 7:21 a.m., a gas station on the Homer Bypass reported a drive-off headed northbound. No officer available at time of call.
Fake ID: A liquor store on Ohlson Lane reported confiscating a fake ID at 4:47 p.m.
Traffic: At 5:19 p.m., an unknown third party caller reported a pickup truck racing up and down Aspen Lane.
Harassment: At 5:38 p.m., a caller on Early Spring Street reported receiving harassing and threatening text messages.
Domestic Dispute: At 5:48 p.m., a caller on Pioneer Avenue reported her ex-boyfriend jumped into the back of her truck and then fell out.
Alaska State Troopers
On Dec. 10, troopers cited a 22-year-old Homer man for commercial fishing in the Cordova area during a closed period. The F/V Contour was observed fishing during a closed period on May 21, 2012 by State aircraft.
