Kachemak Emergency Services responded to one medical emergency call and one motor vehicle accident at mile 6.5 East End Road during the week of Dec. 3- 9 .
Anchor Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to three emergency medical calls between Dec. 3-9.
Homer Volunteer Fire Department responded to 13 emergency medical services and no fire calls for the week of Dec. 3- 9.

Lost property: Subject at police counter reports lost iPhone on Heath Street
Suspicious circumstances: A 911 caller reports suspicious person placing object on the ground and running on Pioneer and Kachemak Way. The caller later reported the item was a toy.
12/03
Animal: Subject reports a lost medium-brown dog wearing a black harness and blue leash in the Homer area. Animal Control Officer advised.

Pass school bus w/red lights: First Student reports three vehicles passing bus when red lights are flashing for the past few mornings. No plates given.

Suspicious Circumstances: Safeway reports finding a hidden cart filled with suspicious items.
Death: Caller reports a deceased female. Officer and EMS to scene.
Traffic: Caller reports six vehicles drag racing on Beluga Lake. Officer advised.
Lost Property: Subject reports that a red tool box fell off his truck on East End Road.

Theft: Caller reports theft from junked vehicle. Officers to scene. A suspect was trespassed from property, but caller does not wish to press charges.
Suspicious Circumstances: Officer hears audible alarm. Caretaker on scene found alarm was caused by excess smoke from woodstove.

Patrol request: Local nonprofit thrift shop reports vandalism and theft after dark, and requests extra patrol.
Animal: Caller reports possible injured eagle near a residence. A Fish and Wildlife volunteer was notified, but the caller later reports the eagle is no longer in area.
Animal: Anonymous caller reports vehicle struck an eagle. Injured eagle is recovered by Fish and Wildlife.
Missing adult: A 911 caller reports an elderly male has gone missing. Officer advised, but caller later reports male located uninjured and safe.
Welfare check: Caller reports all-out retaliatory tactics on enemies that entered his property. Officers respond to scene for welfare check on the subject and find all OK.
Motorist assist: Officer contacts vehicle by side of the road that ran out of gas.

Prowler: A 911 caller reports a possible prowler outside of residence. Officer made contact and searched the area, but found no suspicious activity.
Assault: A 911 caller reports being assaulted while walking. Officer contacts victim, who states it was a misunderstanding and refused medical and police involvement.
Animal: Caller reports injured eagle in Kachemak City. Fish and Wildlife bird rescue notified.
Criminal mischief: Caller reports broken window at local business.
Disturbance: Caller reports gunfire from boat at sea near residence. Officer to area. F&W AST notified.
Animal complaint: Caller reports sighting a bobcat near East End and East Hill Road.
MVA-Damage: Caller reports he went off the road and into trees. Officer responded to the scene.
Public assist: Officer requests a public service announcement requesting people to stay off roadways due to inclement weather. Local media notified.
MVA-Damage: A 911 caller reports a motor vehicle accident on icy roads. Officers and HEA respond to scene, but find no injuries or visible damage to vehicles or power pole.
MVA- Damage: Officer reports a vehicle sliding on icy roads and hitting a stop sign. Public Works notified.
Welfare Check: Caller reports possible suicidal male and requests welfare check. Responding officer reports all is OK.
