While these groups are all busy with their psychobabble they might as well have read in a psychology textbook, this talk and patting on the backs has done absolutely nothing to help the teens in this community.

I would be embarrassed to present this to the teens in this community and the parents should be demanding answers as to where one million dollars was spent.

This is why we have problems in this country, and no wonder it spreads to the children. While adults are busy feeling good about themselves, nothing is getting done but the collecting of paychecks.

Meanwhile the city council is spending $15,000 to determine whether or not they should tear the HERC building down. This is so when questioned about a teen center they can say 'we tried-too expensive'.

No one wants to take the blame, yet no one wants to work to provide a positive atmosphere for kids in this town.
