Aren't conventional open water vessels equally capeable of introducing "hitch hikers" into Cook Inlet and Kachemak Bay? Would be a shame to focus on a drill rig at the exclusion of other vessels at the expence of our enviroment...wouldn't it?. . Should inspections for invasive species be limited to drill rigs only?

We have too much to lose to allow potential invasive species to hitchhike into the local environment. Rather interesting that the one rig was inspected by the state but the Endeavor came in without being inspected. We deserve to know why this happened.
