Kachemak Emergency Services responded to two fire calls and one medical emergency during the week of June 18 – June 24.
Homer Volunteer Fire Department responded to 13 EMS calls and 0 fire calls for the week of June 18- 24th.
A caller advised her residence had been burglarized on Main Street.
A caller reported theft from vehicle, after the fact on Greatland Street.
A woman presented at the counter to report her purse stolen. It was later recovered by a third party and returned to her.
A caller reported moose acting very aggressively due to dogs on Shirley Court.
A caller reported a vehicle almost side-swiped them at the gas pump on the Bypass. The caller said the man appeared to be under the influence of something.
A caller reported a loose dog will not allow her to enter a workplace on E. Pioneer Avenue.
A caller reported mail removed from a business mailbox and scattered down the road on W. Pioneer Avenue.
A caller reported a lost black poodle on W. Fairview Drive
A 911 caller reported a dead otter on the beach on Spit Road.
A caller reported a wallet stolen from a backpack on Spit Road.
A 911 caller reported a man shoplifting and running from employees on the Bypass.
A caller reported a gunshot heard on Klondike Avenue. An officer located a deceased eagle which appeared to have been shocked by a power transformer.
A caller reported suspected shoplifting after the fact on Lake Street

A caller reported a dog in distress and barking all day on Forest Glenn Drive.
A caller reported loud drums coming from the beach on W. Bunnell Avenue.
