The following records are cases and records filed in court. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty, and copies of the records are publicly available.
Misdemeanor
Christopher T. Murphy, 23, no motor vehicle liability insurance and controlled substance in the sixth degree.
William Gerald M. Jr., 62, driving under the influence.
Kristopher A. Marquis, 24, driving while license was cancelled, suspended or revoked.
Benjamin J. Hoy, 21, no motor vehicle liability insurance.
Jedidia C. Gautier, 23, drove in violation of instruction permit.
Bruce C. Larson Jr., 52, assault in the fourth degree of a police officer, criminal trespass in the first degree, resisting or interfering with arrest. Harassment in the first degree and disorderly conduct.
Mark A. Smith, 32, driving with license canceled, suspended or revoked and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the sixth degree.
Jeffery C. Lindberg, 45, driving while driver’s license was cancelled, suspended or revoked and driving under the influence.
Fedora J. Hedrick, 69, assault in the fourth degree.
Robert K. Lalonde, driving under the influence, driving while license was canceled, suspended or revoked, misconduct involving a controlled substance in the sixth degree, driving in violation of limitations placed on driver’s license and driving a motor vehicle without insurance.
Steven A. Penley, 62, fillet/ mutilate halibut. (In violation of IPHC and NMFS regulations).
Judgement
Brandon C. Abbott, 32, criminal trespass.
William O. Daugherty, 47, misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree, dismissed.
Alexandra Basargin, 35, driving under the influence, not guilty.
Lynn P. Schmidt, 66, driving under the influence, guilty.
David T. Nelson, 45, driving under the influence, guilty.
Claude Radion Kuzakin Jr., 41, refusal of breath test, guilty; dismissed.
Mark A. Smith, 32, driving while license revoked, guilty.
Felony
Peter J. Rynshoven Jr., 62, assault in the second degree.
Indictment
Richard E. Zielinski, 45, two counts of tampering with physical evidence.
Civil
Ray Evarts vs. Leo R. Crocker- District Court FED
Benjamin Gimbel vs. Mikela I. Aramburu- Dissolution without children- Superior Court.
