UAA’S Kachemak Bay Campus-KPC
Advanced registration is going on now for these upcoming classes: Whales of Kbay, Plankton Ecology, screenwriting, MS Word, Introduction to Windows, Excel and MORE. Registration required prior to class.

Homer Assembly Candidate Luncheon: Tue., September 29th at the Bidarka, 12-1pm. Lunch available. Open to the public.
Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Public Workshop: Carol Bevis will be facilitating the first public CEDS workshop on September 29 at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers. The Homer Chamber of Commerce is co-sponsoring the event. CEDS is a new plan that will serve as an action plan for economic development in the City of Homer.

Pratt Museum
Winter Hours: Open Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., closed Mondays.
The Pratt Museum is seeking donations of art, products, services, gift certificates and other items donated by artists, businesses and individuals for its annual Ritz Art and Adventure Auction fundraiser that takes place Nov. 7. Donations need to be delivered to the Pratt by 5 p.m. on Sept. 25.

Center For Alaskan Coastal Studies
