		<description>Bob Shavelson brings up excellent points about the need to remain vigilant with such agencies. What we found most troubling was the allegiance shown between an oil company and the U.S. Coast Guard, which is supposed to be holding a bit more distance between itself, as a regulator of federal clean water laws, and corporations. Cook Inlet Keeper did some good work bringing this issue to light. Thank you for being there.</description>
